Recommended Usage:
For first-time parents: We recommend 2–3 sunrise shifts per week in the first month if you're not using overnight care.
For second-time parents: 3+ sunset shifts per week is ideal, based on the needs of older children and parents returning from work.
Hours: Generally 9/10 PM – 6/7 AM.
Full overnight care for your baby, allowing you to sleep undisturbed.
Support with bottle, breast-, or formula feeding overnight.
Detailed records of wet diapers and fluid intake.
Baby laundry and cleaning of all feeding and pumping equipment from duration of shift.
*Overnight care requires a flat, elevated, comfortable surface in the baby's sleeping area for caregiver to rest in between feedings. Resting accommodations can be brought by caregiver for an additional fee*
Reduced rate offered for contracts of 12+ nights, to be used within 6-weeks of date of assistance commencement.
